This book is the personal search and investigation of Lee Strobel, a former legal editor of the Chicago Tribune, which led him from atheism to embracing the truths of the Bible and its declaration of the identity, life, and works of Jesus Christ. It deals with the age-old question, “Is there evidence for the claims the Bible makes concerning the historical reality of Jesus Christ?”, including His life, death, resurrection, miracles, and identification as the Son of God. In our study we work through discussion questions pertinent to the arguments in each chapter which will cause the listener to gain a firm grasp on both the challenges and responses to the claims concerning Jesus. It may be most profitable to read through the material in the book before listening to the discussions, but that is not necessary as the recordings alone will bring much benefit to the listener’s search for the truth or confirmation of the faith.
